We have an immediate opening for a full-time Clerk in Sacramento, CA, at Pioneer Towers, a 198-unit multilayer subsidy facility (Section 8, LIHTC, SHRA, Market) .Typical Duties & Requirements:Assist in processing and maintaining confidential tenant files for HUD, Tax Credit, and Market Rate programsAssist in processing annual recertifications, interims, move-ins, and move-outs from start to finish adhering to strict timelinesSchedule interviews with residents, collect required paperwork for certificationsAssist in maintaining waitlistsAssist in processing criminal background and credit reports for new applicantsAssist with resolutions of findings on Management and Occupancy ReviewsMaintain positive tenant relations and deliver outstanding service to a diverse population of seniorsExcellent verbal, written, communication and organizational skillsPrevious experience and knowledge of occupancy procedures for HUD and LIHTC (Tax Credit) programs preferred but not requiredOccupancy Specialist and Tax Credit Specialist Certificates preferred but not requiredRecent experience with RealPage One Site preferred but not requiredMinimum Qualifications (Experience preferred but not required):HUD/Tax-Credit housingVerbal & written communicationResident relationsExperience with RealPage OneSiteAfter a job offer is made, your employment will start after a successful completion of a drug test, references, criminal check, and other background screens as deemed necessary.
