Summary: Responsible for producing and interpreting reports and analytics in support of core Treasury activities, including interest rate, capital and liquidity risk management, funds transfer pricing, funding and capital markets activities, cash management, and various reporting functions. Identifies and implements technological solutions to automate these duties. Seeks continuous improvement through deeper analytical insights. Actively manages and escalates risk and customer-impacting issues within the day-to-day role to management. Responsibilities: Contributes to high-level reporting functions and develops key strategic communication to a broad range of internal and external stakeholders and provides timely updates that allow leaders to manage risks effectively. Conducts a wide range of analyses that support all core Treasury activities. Takes primary responsibility for the accuracy, reasonableness, and consistency of data and assumptions used to model balance sheet activities while implementing appropriate controls. Manages regulatory requirements and stays current with best practices to manage changes in such. Manages and articulates strategic objectives. Learns and develops technology and data analysis skills and serves as a key resource to other Treasury analysts by teaching and promoting best practices in the same. Supports Corporate Treasury's technology initiatives to automate routine tasks and streamline workflows. Minimum Qualifications: At a minimum, here’s what we need from you: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management. 4+ years of experience in Financial Analysis and/or Banking/Financial Services or related. In lieu of education, 6+ years of experience in Financial Analysis and/or Banking/Financial Services or related. Preferred Qualifications: If we had our say, we’d also look for: 3+ years of progressively responsible experience in relevant work, especially using programming languages (Python or similar, SQL), statistical software (Stata, R, or similar), ALM software (QRM or similar), and web development languages (HTML, CSS, etc.); experience using Linux/Unix also preferred.
