Job Description: The Sr Technical developer will build, configure and administer cloud based JSM (Jira Service Management) product from Atlassian.
In this role you will Configure, JSM for new requirements and enhancements as well as perform JSM administration work.
  • Primary responsibility is working with IT Leaders, business system analyst, vendors and other cross functional team to configure builds to deliver JSM Solution
  • Collaborate with the JSM technical team in developing scalable, efficient, and maintainable solutions using Atlassian tools like JSM and Jira
  • Create tailored configurations, workflows, automations, reports, and integrations that meet specific user requirements
  • Configure, administer, and enhance JSM site (customer and agent portal)
  • dminister Atlassian product integrations with other systems and applications like SAML SSO, Workday, Teams
  • License management
  • Manage implementation issues, escalations and action items
  • Consistently report on the project progress to relevant stakeholders
Skills and Qualifications:
  • 6-8 years of experience in Atlassian suite: JSM (highly desirable), Jira, Confluence
  • Must have prior platform administration and development experience in at least one ITSM tool (ServiceNow etc.)
  • Must be an agile and eager learner
  • Must have Application configuration work experience
  • Understanding of integration of Atlassian products with other systems and applications including Exchange, Teams, Zoom

The salary range provided for this contract role represents our good faith estimate for this position. Within the range, individual offers will vary based on the selected candidate's experience, industry knowledge, technical and communication skills, location and other factors that may prove relevant during the interview process (W2 or C2C). In addition to compensation, the company provides eligible W2 employees with a comprehensive and highly competitive benefits package.
