Volunteer Coordinator

Job Description:Moments Hospice has an exciting opportunity for a Volunteer Coordinator to work in the field in the covering St Cloud, Alexandria and BrainerdExpectations:•Responsible to make introductions of volunteers to patients•Speaking engagements (1 per week)•35-40 touch points in the community per weeko Churches/Synagogues/Templeso Senior Centerso Rotary Clubso Civic Groupso Groups such as Elks Clubo Colleges/Universities/Tech schoolso VFWs/American Legionso Assisted and Independent Living facilitieso Other community organizations•Post flyers•Attend job fairs•Holding volunteer requirement events•Passing out recruitment materials•Must be available for evening and weekend activities (as required)•Expectation to be out in the community and not in officeQuota:•20 volunteer applications completed for assigned territory per month•At least 10% of applications must convert into an active volunteer.Job Type: Full-timeBenefits:Dental InsuranceHealth InsurancePaid Time OffVision InsuranceExperience:healthcare: 2 years (Preferred)Schedule:Monday to Friday
