Job Description

**Job Overview:**

We are excited to offer a summer internship opportunity within our Product Team at Intralinks, a leader in fintech SaaS products focused on optimizing the M&A deal lifecycle. This internship is designed for students who are passionate about technology, finance, and product management, and are eager to gain real-world experience in developing AI-driven solutions. The ideal candidate will be actively pursuing a degree in Business, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field and have a keen interest in the intersection of technology and M&A processes.

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Support Product Strategy and Innovation:**

- Assist in research and analysis to help define the vision for an AI-driven fintech product.

- Contribute to brainstorming sessions on product innovation and feature enhancements.

2. **Roadmap Planning Assistance:**

- Help maintain the product roadmap, collaborating with team members to track progress against goals.

- Support the planning and sequencing of product features by gathering and analyzing user feedback.

3. **Feature Development Support:**

- Aid in the management of feature development from planning to implementation.

- Assist in defining user stories and acceptance criteria under the guidance of senior product managers.

4. **Stakeholder Engagement:**

- Participate in meetings with internal and external stakeholders to understand requirements and gather feedback.

- Help prepare presentations and reports for stakeholder communications.

5. **Quality Assurance and Product Performance:**

- Collaborate with the QA team in testing phases and gather data on product performance.

- Support the analysis of product metrics to help suggest improvements.

6. **Agile Process Involvement:**

- Engage in agile ceremonies, including daily standups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.

- Learn agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA and Confluence.

**Qualifications:**

- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Finance, or related field.

- Demonstrated interest in SaaS products, CRM, and analytics.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

- Eagerness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced environment.
