Are you looking for a part-time job where you can come to work each day excited about what you do? UW Credit Union's Elm Grove branch is hiring a Part-Time Teller and we want YOU to apply

We are looking for someone who can work 20 hours a week between the hours of 1:00pm and 6:00pm Monday - Friday which includes 9 Saturdays per quarter from 8:30 am to 1:30 pm.

As a Part-Time Teller, you will play a vital role at your branch, for both your teammates and UW Credit Union's members. Your job is to make a positive impact on members lives by accurately and enthusiastically performing a variety of transactions to meet their needs. Responsibilities

What You'll Do

* Welcome and assist members at the Elm Grove branch, representing UW Credit Union. * Strive to meet performance goals in line with our Members for Life Sales & Service Philosophy. * Keep a good understanding of all UW Credit Union products and services. * Ensure accurate and efficient handling of member requests at the Teller line. * Follow UW Credit Union's Cash Management policies and procedures. * Investigate potential errors in Teller transactions and communicate with affected members. * Build relationships with members, understand their needs, offer recommendations, and make referrals when appropriate. * Look for ways to exceed our members' expectations. * Work with your branch team to address member and branch needs.

Qualifications

What You'll Need to Succeed

* Ability to work 20 hours a week * High School Diploma or equivalent * 1 year of prior experience in customer service * Confidence with cash handling * Proven ability to interact effectively with customers from diverse age groups and backgrounds * Strong interpersonal and professional skills * Collaborative team player who is also comfortable working independently in a self-directed environment * Comfortable using computers and mobile devices * Skilled in resolving issues and demonstrating empathy when needed
