Job Description:

Responsibilities:
  • Handles Inbound and Outbound Calls.
  • Call Center Operations.
  • Customer Relations.
  • Building Customers.
  • Trust and Loyalty.
  • Problem-Solving Abilities.

  • Planning logistical activity for procedures as per protocol.
  • Generate materials, documents, and records.
  • ttend or delegate all relevant study meetings including those with clients.
  • ssist with data quality checking and query resolution.
  • Orient volunteers to the study and the unit including the purpose of the study, procedures, and protocol issues such as timelines for visits and restrictions on food and drink.
  • Collect, record, and maintain volunteer data according to study-specific protocol and SOPs ensuring quality control for content, accuracy, and completeness.
  • ttend to volunteer needs and requirements.
  • Maintain and restock medical supplies as needed.
  • Recruit and screen volunteers for trials and maintain a volunteer database.
  • ssist with planning related to staffing and scheduling.
Minimum Required Education And Experience:
  • High school diploma and 2-4 years of relevant work experience in a medical setting with a Customer Service Background.
  • The use of telephone and face-to-face communication requires an accurate perception of speech.
  • The use of the keyboard requires repetitive motion of fingers.
  • Frequent mobilization around the facility.
  • Due to the nature of the job the candidate should be able to lift 10 pounds with assistance.
