Possess an understanding of customer's aesthetic requirements and apply these requirements in the inspection process. Audit of materials and/or production parts before delivery to next operation area. Ensure internal and external customer satisfaction by working with department supervisor and department lead. Work safely and ensure hazardous conditions are eliminated. Follow company safety procedures. Communicate accurately and effectively to other individuals in the department as well as other departments. Complete task independently from job-list, with some supervision. Follow and execute Quality Management System procedures including, instructions on job travelers and control plan per procedures. Accurately maintain MES system as instructed. Log nonconforming and scrap material in VISTA as instructed. Maintain neat and clean work area. Assist in monthly inventory process. Arrive to work in a punctual manner and be willing to work overtime when needed. Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned. required-skills: Physical- capable of lifting 30 lbs. safely or with assistance. Capability of standing and bending over for long periods of time while performing manual labor with or without reasonable accommodation. Working Hours- fulltime Personal Traits- Good communication skills with positive teamwork attitude. Conscientious attention to detail and accuracy.
