Financial Planner

Job Description:

Our client is a boutique RIA based out of Yardley, PA. They are seeking a Lead Financial Planner to join their growing team. If you are looking for a client-facing role with upward mobility, this could be the right fit

Some responsibilities Include:

-Develop, implement, and monitor robust financial plans for clients.

-Act as the first point of contact and lead existing client relationships.

-Focus on delivering holistic financial plans to clients.

-Work with the investment team to learn new ways to build and optimize investment strategies.

-Collaborate with the team on planning-related questions.

-Utilize CRM and financial planning software effectively.

Qualifications:

-Bachelors Degree.

-3-5 Years of experience in a financial planning role.

-2 years in a client-facing role.

-CFP Preferred or CFP Candidate.

-Team-oriented and growth mindset.

-Experience with eMoney, Advyzon, Wealthbox, and Gsuite is a plus.

-Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Compensation and Benefits:

-Base salary starting at $110k+, commensurate with experience, plus bonus position.

-3 weeks PTO to start in addition to market holidays.

-Hybrid Position- 2/3 days in office.
