En quoi consiste le job?:

Au sein de la direction Innovation, le service Materials a pour mission de dmontrer la faisabilit des nouveaux Matriaux et de qualifier les fournisseurs associs. Ils.elles interviennent au service de la fabrication des produits de Soitec, tant pour les nouveaux produits que pour ceux en production de fort volume. Dans un contexte de forte croissance, cette activit est cl, elle adresse les enjeux stratgiques de lentreprise en permettant la fois le dveloppement de nos innovations technologiques et la scurisation de notre approvisionnement en substrats au volume ncessaire, au bon cot, avec la qualit requise.

Sidoine, Directeur Materials, a dsormais besoin de s'appuyer sur un.e manager expriment.e afin de piloter et coordonner les activits du groupe Material Enginering pour les Matriaux Compound (SiC, InP, GaN). Pour cette mission, vous tes responsable de l'encadrement d'une quipe d'ingnieur.es et de technicien.nes dune demi-douzaine de personnes. Il sagit de dfinir leurs objectifs, leur apporter un soutien technique et mthodologique, les accompagner en termes dvolution, de monte en comptences et de formation, dvaluer leurs performances individuelles et collectives et d'assurer leur scurit.

En parallle, vous assurez galement un rle technique et oprationnel en tant que relais de lquipe auprs de vos interfaces internes. Vous tes ainsi connect.e lensemble des besoins des parties prenantes : les achats, les oprations, les dpartements de linnovation. Il sagit l de faire des choix la fois efficaces sur le court terme et stratgiques pour le long terme.

Vous aimerez travailler aux cts de nos expert.es matriau et de nos responsables de partenariats fournisseurs, tre en lien tant en interne quen externe dans un mtier alliant technique et stratgie.

Ce poste rpondra votre projet si vous tes:

Issu.e dun Bac + 5, dans le domaine des matriaux (une thse serait un plus) et avez une exprience de management dau moins 5 ans vous ayant permis d'apprhender des mtiers de Product Engineering, dindustrialisation ou de dveloppement de produits, dans l'industrie microlectronique. Vous tes organis.e, rigoureux.se et dmontrez un capacit grer une multitude de tches en parallle dans un environnement changeant.

Ce poste, riche relationnellement, vari et transversal, ncessite de vraies qualits de leadership et danimation vous permettant dobtenir lengagement de vos interfaces. Il sagit galement davoir une vision globale de la stratgie d'innovation et de son implmentation dans les actions et le plan d'activit de votre quipe.
