Manage a team of 10+ staff or focus on specialized technology capabilities, fostering an inclusive work environment and consistently delivering on commitments. What You'll Do:
  • Project Management & Strategic Leadership: Lead integrated teams to deliver prioritized projects on time and within budget. Leverage business and technology knowledge to develop strategic technology proposals that sustain and improve business performance.
  • Security & Support: Ensure technology products maintain up-to-date security defenses and are effectively supported for dependable operations.
  • Technology Roadmaps: Collaborate with internal and external experts to define and maintain multi-year technology investment roadmaps, preventing obsolescence and supporting commercial strategy.
  • Prioritization & Resourcing: Effectively prioritize and resource initiatives to optimize value and manage risk. Work with business leaders and subject matter experts to understand and contribute to the commercial strategy.

Experience:
  • Work Experience: 8 to 10 years of relevant work experience, with 1 to 3 years of direct management/supervisory experience.
Education & Certifications:
  • Preferred: Master's/Postgraduate Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Required: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Other: MBA is equally desirable to an MS in Computer Science. Senior-level certifications in multiple technical domains are also preferred.
