Responsibilities:
Process stop payments and disputes
Effectively initiates contact with members to review suspicious activity
Contact members for additional information needed for dispute or stop pay
Ability to de-escalate member complaints over the phone
Qualifications:
Call center experience with inbound and outbound call experience.
1+ years in a Bank Disputes Department.
1 year of customer contact experience in a financial services organization to include dispute processing and/or conflict resolution.
Effective communication, verbal and written.
**Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00am-5:00pm EST
