PRE-EMPLOYMENT PROCESSES

SUMMARY

Assist in HR Clerical and Generalist Duties.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Management of pre-employment processes

Processing of New Hires and other changes through Kronos system

Various department reports

Gathering of information for unemployment claims

Employment Verifications

Filing of all documentation

Labor law poster updates

Miscellaneous duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

Previous HR clerical or payroll experience a plus

Previous office or administrative experience necessary

Customer service oriented

Kronos experience helpful

TECHNICAL SKILLS

Microsoft Word; Excel; Kronos
