*Preferred Skills & Qualifications*

* 1+ year of customer service experience

* Efficient in using a windows PC computer and navigating their software system (super easy to learn)

* Typing: at least 35 WPM

*Hours*

* Monday - Friday 10:30am to 7pm hybrid after training
