Description

This position is responsible for assisting the manager in all phases of office operation, monitoring new and current customer accounts, developing the cross selling of Bank products and services, assisting in the consumer loan functions, overseeing the teller area and activities as required, and maintaining security and compliance within the office.

Must be available to work rotating Friday evenings and Saturday mornings.

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT / SALES:

Implement strategic business plan

Conduct direct business calls / referrals on a regular basis

Maintain community presence and involvement

Assist with implementation of CRM initiatives

Cross sell Bank products and services

Assist with the office workload and workflow

Implement changes, improvements and new procedures

Review / monitor daily statistical reports

ADMINISTRATION:

Ensure compliance with Bank policies and procedures

Ensure compliance with State and Federal regulations

Oversee office document quality control

Supervise Vault operations and procedures

Assist with recovery activity

Maximize office security

Cultivate relationships with corporate staff in Warren

Prepare and analyze management reports

Self-learn and understand BMS Teller system

Attend / co-plan educational seminars and regular office meetings

LENDING:

Assist with sales calls for new deposit and loan business

Quote loan / savings rates and terms

CUSTOMER SERVICE:

Provide support to staff in meeting customer expectations

Provide back up for the teller function

Provide back up for the Customer Service Representatives

Identify and resolve customer issues

Recommend improvements to procedures

Recommend fee generating alternatives

Recommend product / delivery enhancements
