Job Description: This position is part of the CSI (Chevron Station Inc) Human Resources Team within the Americas Fuels & Lubricants HR organization. This position provides leadership & direction to the CSI Recruiting team that supports 300+ company-owned service stations in California, Washington and Oregon.

[ads1] Job Responsibilities:

Partners with stakeholder groups (HRBPs, Training, Operations) to ensure seamless & streamlined onboarding process for new employees.

Maintains oversight of all recruiting activities at the station level and for office-based positions.

Proactive engagement with CVX (Chevron) Learning & Talent Center of Excellence & Corporate Affairs to ensure CSI recruiting strategies & practices align with broader CVX objectives.

Solicits regular feedback from Business Consultants and District Sales Managers to adjust recruiting activities to meet business needs.

Direct supervision of (4) US-based Recruiting Specialists and indirect supervision of (2) non-US Talent Acquisition Coordinators on the HR Shared Services team.

Works to ensure CSI recruiting activities are in alignment with CSI diversity & inclusion goals.

Supports HR projects as needed.

Sets overall CSI recruitment strategy. Ensures execution of CSI employee value proposition.

Serves as main point of contact for all recruiting & onboarding systems & vendors. Manages overall recruiting budget for CSI.

Job Requirements:

Proven ability to stay on the leading edge of recruiting trends for retail stores or similar

High attention to detail

Customer service and interpersonal skills

Working knowledge of legal policies and procedures related to hiring practices

Verbal and written communication skills

Ability to work independently and manage time

Multitasking & organizational skills

Qualification & Experience:

3+ years of prior experience with high volume recruiting

Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and HR Information Systems

Experience designing & implementing a social media strategy

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field

Experience with recruiting vendor management

Experience with Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word & Outlook
