The Retail Sales Associate is responsible for generating sales by positively and proactively engaging with customers. These trusted advisors can apply their knowledge of trends to enhance the customer's experience and ensure that they leave feeling fabulousEarn commissions on sales in addition to your base pay We strive to create a work environment that makes employment a positive aspect of life. Join our Team and find out what makes us AMAZINGResponsibilities:Influence customer buying decisions by educating customers on products, offers and specialsMaintain a selling environment focused on the customer firstWork as a team player to ensure each customer receives the best service possibleAdherence to all retail policies and proceduresPerform daily department maintenance tasks including stock work, re-merchandising, display, price markdowns, merchandise transfers and light cleaning Requirements Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekendsSincere desire to work with a diverse customer, selling apparel and noveltiesAbility to communicate with customers and employeesProven ability to set and achieve sales goalsAbility to quickly learn new procedures and processesAbility to receive feedback and take action when appropriateAbility to effectively maneuver around sales floor and stockroom, repetitive bending, prolong standing, twisting, stooping, squatting, climbingMust be 18 years of ageMust be able to lift and carry up to 25 lbsMust be eligible to work in the USOther tasks as assignedWage:Hourly rate plus commission programEEO StatementEmployee must be able to perform the essential functions of the position satisfactorily and, if requested, reasonable accommodations will be made to enable employees with disabilities to perform the essential functions of their job, absent undue hardship.We are committed to an inclusive and diverse work environment.
