The Estimator has knowledge of construction means and methods, costs and engineering principles. The Estimator will estimate the cost of self-perform work and project indirect costs. The Estimator will be a self-starter and work efficiently and must be able to meet critical deadlines, and work as part of a greater team.Estimator Required Qualifications:3+ Years of experience reading blue prints3+ years demonstrated experience with commercial construction electrical estimating and estimating software solutionsGeometry - proficiency in measures of length, area and volume calculations.Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Excel, Microsoft Word, and PowerpointBachelors Degree Construction Management or 8 years equivalent experience plus minimum 3 years prior relevant experience.Our Investment in you:We believe thatBenefitsshould connect you to the support you need when it matters most, and should help you care for those who matter most.
