Your Role with The Company:
– Developing manufacturing processes and procedures with a focus on safety, quality, and efficiency
– Designing and developing test equipment and fixtures as needed
– Developing standard work, control plans, and process flow charts for new and existing products
– Working cross-functionally to coordinate continuous improvement projects and track cost savings
– Collaborating with maintenance to troubleshoot equipment issues and ensure preventative maintenance schedules are in place
– This position reports to the Manufacturing Manager and will interact with many, so your success will be recognized
Background Profile:
– 3+ years in Process Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering
– Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field preferred – equivalent experience will be considered
– Ability to read blueprints
– Experience with writing CNC programs for mills and lathes preferred but not required
– Working knowledge of Pro-E and AutoCAD preferred but not required
– Strong Analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving capabilities
– Excellent communication and collaboration skills
– Familiarity with CAD software and design principles a plus
