Description
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for accurate and direct entry of customer purchase orders, provides superior customer service, as defined by the site Customer Service lead, to all customers, and provides knowledgeable support for assigned product(s).
Reporting directly to the Customer Service Supervisor, this position is located in Shreveport, Louisana.

Major Accountability:
- Entering, monitoring, and tracking customer purchase orders
- Process debit/credit memos through the software system
- Maintain order information filing system
- Entering, monitoring, and tracking customer purchase orders
- Maintain order information filing system
- Process return requests, debits, and credits
- Assist customers with general order inquiries
- Operate multi-line telephone switchboard
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Manufacturing background preferred
- Excellent communication skills- written and verbal
- Accurate and detail-oriented
- Ability to use multi-line telephone system, computer, printer, and other office equipment
- Must be willing and able to work overtime as necessary
- Normal office environment; must be able to sit for long periods of time
- Ability to wear all Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) required, by company policy, for the job being performed
- Must be able to work with multiple departments throughout the organization including Operations, Sales, Purchasing, Engineering, and Materials
In addition to industry-leading fryers, the Welbilt Foodservice - Shreveport, Louisiana operation (Frymaster) manufactures commercial fryer filtration equipment (built-in and portable), foodservice equipment computers, water-bath rethermalizers and pasta cookers. The facility in Shreveport is a division of Welbilt Foodservice, Inc.
