Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications, ensuring alignment between departmental objectives and Accela system capabilities. Drive the development of Accela system solutions and actively engage with users to anticipate and identify potential issues, facilitating proactive resolution and minimizing disruptions. Collaborate closely with Accela developers to address identified issues promptly and effectively, ensuring smooth system operation and user satisfaction.
