Our commitment to excellence in patient care drives our need for a dedicated Practice Manager to join our team.

We are seeking an experienced Practice Manager to oversee the efficient operations of our primary care practice. The Practice Manager will play a pivotal role in coordinating scheduling, managing lab tests, ensuring Electronic Health Records (EHR) compliance, and optimizing processes and policies. They will serve as the "face" of the practice, creating a calming and inviting energy to all patients.

Key Responsibilities:

Scheduling Coordination:

  • Efficiently manage patient appointment scheduling to optimize provider time and ensure timely care delivery.
  • Coordinate patient scheduling with an emphasis on accommodating the needs of dual-eligible patient populations.
Lab Test Management:
  • Oversee the coordination of lab tests, ensuring patients receive necessary tests promptly.
  • Maintain and manage lab test records and results in compliance with industry standards.
EHR Compliance:
  • Ensure that all patient records are maintained in compliance with Electronic Health Records (EHR) regulations and standards.
  • Train staff on EHR systems and maintain awareness of updates and changes in EHR requirements.
Process and Policy Optimization:
  • Continuously assess and optimize practice processes and policies to improve efficiency, patient satisfaction, and compliance.
  • Collaborate with staff to implement best practices and streamline operations.
Staff Management:
  • Supervise, mentor, and support administrative and clinical staff.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and professional growth.
Financial Management:
  • Assist in the management of practice finances, including budgeting and monitoring expenses.
  • Work closely with billing and coding personnel to maximize revenue and minimize billing errors.
Patient Engagement:
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance patient engagement and satisfaction.
  • Address patient concerns and feedback to maintain a high level of patient trust and loyalty.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience in healthcare management, with a preference for primary care or community health experience.
  • Strong understanding of EHR systems and compliance requirements (eClinicalWorks)
  • Knowledge of dual-eligible patient populations and residential living community dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing healthcare regulations and technology.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
