Entrusted Advisors is actively seeking talented Northern California energy attorneys who are involved in the renewable and clean energy sector and committed to driving the global transition towards sustainable energy solutions, for a flexible, hybrid, full-time, engagement with our energy client. This is a long term secondment/project based role working with the in-house team on development projects, from minor tasks to the largest agreements.

Qualifications:

  • Must have extensive experience (8+ years) in renewable and clean energy, battery storage, EPC, carbon capture, new energy solutions, and low-carbon initiatives.
  • Extensive experience in upstream legal practices and a strong understanding of the regulatory landscape in the energy sector.
  • Must have experience with major procurement (both goods and services), power purchase agreements, contract administration.
  • Must have experience with NDAs and routine minor forms from government agencies.
  • A background in project finance is preferred
  • Must be licensed to practice law in CA or NY.
  • Must be able to work onsite at least 3 days/week to Walnut Creek, California.
