We are excited to offer an opportunity for an experienced Manager of IT professional to join our team. This individual will lead Brio’s technology operations, ensuring secure, reliable systems across the company. *Key Responsibilities:* * Manage companywide IT infrastructure including networks, servers, cloud services, and hardware. * Oversee cybersecurity tools, data protection practices, and user access controls. * Lead IT support operations, guide technicians, and ensure timely response to support needs. * Maintain and improve ERP, CRM, and other enterprise software systems. * Plan and deploy system upgrades, hardware refreshes, and new technology initiatives. *Qualifications and Skills:* * 5 or more years of IT administration experience with at least 2 years in a leadership role. * Strong knowledge of networks, cloud environments, and system security. * Experience supporting enterprise software systems or ERPs. * Ability to manage IT tickets, troubleshoot issues, and support multiple departments. * Strong communication, vendor management, and organizational skills. *Benefits/Perks:* We believe in recognizing and rewarding our employees for a job well done.
