Job Title: Quality Management Support /Customer Support Representative

Location: (Hybrid) Tempe, AZ

Duration: 6 months

Pay Rate: $22 - $24.64/hr.

About the Role

We seek a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Management Support professional to join our Corporate and Catering programs. In this growing space, you will provide daily support and feedback on standard operating procedures, master internal tools, and engage with customers, merchants, and Dashers.

Your efforts will be pivotal in detecting fulfillment challenges early to ensure that issues do not become widespread. You will also contribute to the launch of new pilot initiatives to test and expand our business. As part of our Emerging Categories operations, your work will directly impact the success of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide hourly and daily quality management support for Corporate and Catering programs.
  • Execute and offer feedback on standard operating procedures.
  • Master internal tools and collaborate regularly with customers, merchants, and Dashers.
  • Identify fulfillment challenges early and address them proactively.
  • Contribute to the testing and launch of new pilot initiatives.

  • Experience working in dynamic environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

  • Remote Work: Remote work is allowed, but onsite presence is preferred.
  • Primary Hours: Standard Business Hours.
  • Laptop: Provided.
