Education and Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree required, Accounting degree preferred Master’s degree preferred 8-10 years of experience in corporate tax, pass-through entities, and high-net-worth individual clients Experience in International, Estate, and Gift Tax preferred Prior experience in supervising and training tax professionals

Licenses and Certifications:

CPA certification or EA required

Software Proficiency:

Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) UltraTax or similar programs, QuickBooks, Practice Management Programs

Skills and Abilities:

Strong verbal and written communication skills Executive presence and client management capabilities Superior analytical and tax research skills Advanced understanding of tax issues and law Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple projects Effective team management and delegation skills Strong relationship-building skills Business development and client conversion skills Willingness to engage in marketing and business development activities Positive attitude and interpersonal skills
