Candidate Qualifications: Experience: Minimum of 10+ years of leadership experience in the insurance or financial services industry, with a proven track record of success. Education: Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Insurance and Risk Management, or a related field; advanced degrees or professional certifications (e.g., CPCU) are a plus. Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software applications; strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
