Job Description
Requirements
  • Assist in Presales Support, Solution Design, and Architectural planning.
  • Collaborate with Business and IT stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
  • Design end-to-end solutions on the ServiceNow platform, maximizing out-of-the-box features.
  • Develop scalable, high-performance, and secure technical architectures.
  • Create detailed technical documentation for design and implementation.
  • Manage integrations with external systems via APIs, REST, SOAP, and other methods.
  • Ensure seamless data flow and consistency between ServiceNow and other systems.
  • Design data models and maintain data sources in the ServiceNow CMDB and base tables.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams, ensuring industry best practices.
  • Stay updated on ServiceNow platform updates, features, and industry trends.
  • Optimize ServiceNow application performance and resolve bottlenecks.
  • Implement security best practices and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Maintain comprehensive technical documentation for all implemented solutions.
  • Preferred certifications: Certified ServiceNow Administrator (CSA), Certified Application Developer (CAD), IT Service Management (ITSM), plus any two Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications.
