Summary:

Takes care of front desk and maintains all incoming and outgoing mail. Assists Personal Lines CSR with Personal Lines customer service

Essential Duties and Functions: include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Answer phones - direct calls/take messages/voice mail.
  • Greet and assist/direct customers.
  • Open/sort/date-stamp incoming mail - scan mail to appropriate account managers and accounting
  • Do labels for outgoing mail
  • Prepare all mail for Pickup
  • Type letters if needed.
  • Filing as time permits - Image Right
  • Keep printers, copiers filled with paper/toner.
  • FedEx/overnight items.
  • Scan and attach for all Departments as needed.
  • Supplies - supply order (Accounting Leader okay's order).
  • Deposit - Scan copies of all incoming checks. Mail Checks to BOA Lockbox. Prepare Deposit Logs and provide documentation to Accounting Leader/Assistant.
  • Building Maintenance/Contact Landlord, call service techs.
  • Perform other specific duties & projects as assigned by the PCL/Accounting Leader or other Team Leaders.

  • Agency Bill Testing

Required:
  • Proficient with MS Office Suite
  • Exceptional telephone demeanor
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
  • 1 - 3 years' experience in a similar position
  • Insurance License
