A day in the life of a Retail Marketing Coordinator at Dickies looks a little like this:As the Retail Marketing Coordinator, your primary responsibility is to oversee and facilitate marketing activities within physical retail spaces. This role involves collaborating with various teams and vendors to execute in-store marketing campaigns, promotions, signage, and initiatives that drive customer engagement and increase sales. You'll be responsible for project planning, execution, budget management, signage library and performance analysis to ensure the success of in-store marketing efforts. Through execution, project management activities, and delivering engaging signage to retail environments, you can enhance the overall customer experience. By executing visually appealing and cohesive retail environment, you can capture customers' attention, encourage exploration of products, and leave a positive impression that fosters loyalty and repeat visits.This role reports to the Director, Marketing Strategic Accounts.Let's break down that day-in-the-life a bit more. Manage and streamline creative images to vendors for signage print projects.Creating libraries of signage that is printed by season, wholesale account and vendor.Manage and prepare reporting of all campaign signage delivered to store in a monthly cadence.Communicate to sales team of POS delivery to stores and tracking information.Develop and execute detailed project plans for all commercial print jobs and track each phase from print to store delivery.Manage WIP reports of projects and be the main contact with vendors.Reconciling and managing invoice tracker to ensure we are capturing all invoices while tracking budgets.Creating decks for wholesale account libraries for historical purposes.Placing Purchase orders with fixture vendors and coordinating delivery to store.Adhoc projects as needed.What do you need to succeed? We all have unique skills that we bring to work and celebrate every day. For this role, there are foundation skills you'll need to succeed and excel. Additionally, while formal education in a related field is great to have, we are most interested in your 3-5 years of experience and professional achievements.The foundation skills you will need in this position are: Project Planning and Execution:Project management skills, including the ability to create and execute project plans, manage timelines, budgets, and coordinate with cross-functional teams and external vendors.Coordinate with vendors and execute POS campaigns effectively while meeting in-store deadlines.Liaise with vendors and suppliers to procure promotional materials and ensure timely to our wholesale partners.Proficient in project management tools and best practices is essential.Detail oriented, process driven and highly organized is needed.Strong analytical and organizational skills for processes and decision making and capable of executing strategies.Excellent written and verbal communication skills and effective communicator.Computer skills in Excel, Word, Power Point, outlook.
