Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing / Mechanical Engineering or related fields. 5+ years of relevant experience in engineering management working directly with regional teams. Demonstrated excellent project management skills, team communication, and interpersonal soft skills, with experience on inter-team & cross-department cooperation. Organized, objective, good planning and keen analytical skills are required. Possess good documentation skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams, and Visio.
