This is primarily orthopedic rehab provided in our patients homes, NOT your typical home health patient population.

- At least one (1) year of experience as an LVN, Home Health experience preferred
- Valid California LVN license required
- Current CPR certification required
- Current California drivers license, good driving record, and reliable transportation
