We are looking for an experienced Multi-State Tax Analyst to maintain tax compliance for both clients and employees in an established company that fosters effective teamwork and fun work environment at ConceptHR Job Description: Reviewing multi-state/jurisdiction tax payments Supporting our nationwide clientele with start-to-finish tax administration. Must have the ability to deliver tax communication that is tailored to match any knowledge level Maintain focus and resilience through stressful seasons while continually reassessing immediate priorities as they evolve to meet deadlines Understanding specific times during the year where workload will amplify, and time off may be limited (end of quarter/year-end) such as verification of W-2 Preview reports accomplished quarterly Pulling and posting of PTS (daily tax files) and using two systems Administration of GA, IL, IN, KY, MD, MI, NC, SC and NH income tax withholding, unemployment tax, making payments, filing tax returns, new account application and set up, resolving tax issues, and answering client questions regarding tax notices or changes Additional states tax administration possible based on future needs Federal e-file set up process for Forms 941 and 940 Other tax administration duties may be assigned Backup for client migrations or other HR/Benefits/Payroll related needs to support other departments

We prefer the candidate have: 5+ years of payroll tax administration Multi-state tax administration experience College is a plus
