Vice President Operations And Supply Chain Our client for the Vice President of Operations and Supply Chain opportunity is a global consumer packaged goods food and beverage manufacturer. The overall organization has production in close to 20 countries and their brands and products are distributed in over 50 countries globally. The Vice President of Operations and Supply Chain is a key member of the Executive Leadership Team and reports directly to the President for one of the group's largest subsidiaries. The Vice President of Operations and Supply Chain will have full responsibility and accountability for operations, supply chain, logistics, warehousing, procurement, quality, safety, engineering, and facilities for the North America business with multisite plant operations. The Successful Applicant Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations Management or related Masters or MBA preferred, but not required 15 -20 years of engineering, operations, and supply chain experience within food and beverage, food ingredients, consumers goods, or related 5 years of multisite operations and supply chain leadership with operational P&L responsibility Prior experience working for an international company preferred Hands on operational and integrated supply chain experience driving operations tactical and strategic Strong understanding and experience with S&OP (Sales and Operations Planning), IDP, and ESG Excellent strategic thinking, analytical skills, and business acumen. Outstanding leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and unify teams. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving business environment in transformation High standards of professionalism, confidentiality, and organizational excellence. What's On Offer Base salary $325,000 - $375,000, bonus, vacation, full benefits, 401K, holidays, relocation assistance if needed.
