Holland Malt is één van de grotere mouterijen in Europa en bezit met de vestiging in Eemshaven zelfs één van de grootste moutplants ter wereld. Daarnaast is de vestiging in Eemshaven de eerste emissievrije mouterij ter wereld. De komende jaren hebben we de ambitie om een nog belangrijkere positie in de moutwereld te gaan vervullen.

Op de afdeling Commercie houden we ons dagelijks bezig met het inkopen van producten voor Holland Malt. Denk hierbij aan brouwgerst, logistiek en verpakkingen. Als International Procurement Manager speel jij een belangrijke rol in dit proces. Als International Procurement Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor het inkoopportefeuille van Holland Malt. Je draagt zorg voor doeltreffende, effectieve en hoogwaardige inkoop van strategische producten met een hoog risicoprofiel. De hoofdmoot van je takenpakket is de inkoop van brouwgerst, ongeveer 500.000 ton op jaarbasis, welke gekocht worden in zowel lange termijn- als spotcontracten. Inkoop geschiedt hoofdzakelijk in Europa (Nederland, Frankrijk, Verenigd Koninkrijk, Denemarken, Zweden), maar kan ook daarbuiten plaatsvinden (Australië, Argentinië) Je bent voortdurend in de markt actief en houdt marktschommelingen nauwkeurig in de gaten. Dagdagelijks houd je de Account Managers van Holland Malt op de hoogte van marktontwikkelingen. In samenspraak met de Manager Kwaliteit & Technologie bewaak je de kwaliteit en duurzaamheid van de ingekochte producten. Als International Procurement Manager rapporteer je aan de Director Sales & Procurement. Je hebt HBO/WO werk- en denkniveau aangevuld met minimaal 6 jaar commerciële ervaring bij voorkeur in de grondstoffenhandel en/of commodities. Je hebt kennis van- en affiniteit met de agrarische sector. Je bent in staat om jouw abstracte, analytische denkvermogen om te zetten naar actie en resultaat. Je beschikt over een positieve grondhouding en bent in staat om constructieve relaties te bouwen en onderhouden. Je beschikt over een uitstekende beheersing van de Engelse taal, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk. Tenslotte ben je betrokken en een echte teamplayer.
