Seeking a skilled Structural Engineer to lead on design projects for tanks, basins, and building facilities at water and wastewater treatment plants, as well as industrial water facilities. Responsibilities include designing concrete, steel, and masonry structures, performing condition assessments of existing structures, and preparing construction specifications. The role involves using STAAD Pro, RAM, Enercalc, and other software for structural design and coordinating project work with architects and process, mechanical, and electrical engineering staff.

Hard Skills

+ Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering

+ 5+ years of Structural Engineering Design Experience with wastewater treatment facilities or industrial facilities

+ Structural Design Experience including design for tanks and basins

+ STAAD or RISA

+ MathCAD Experience

+ Familiarity with ACI 350

+ Knowledge of Design of Concrete, Steel, and Masonry structures

+ Professional Engineer License

Soft Skills

+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team

+ Strong coordination and collaboration skills

Work Site

This is a fully remote position.

Work Environment

The selected candidate will report to a Manager, depending on level of experience. The role involves both independent tasks, such as designing a tank, and collaborative efforts within a team of 12 engineers and designers. Support is available at all times.
