(W2) Interview Process: Virtual or Onsite This role involves approximately 60% configuration work and 40% attending cross-functional meetings to capture requirements. The candidate should be able to lead and represent cross-functional meetings, build, troubleshoot, and prototype Medicaid products, and capture business requirements with clients, including testing and troubleshooting for multiple Medicaid program implementations. As a Sr. Configuration Analyst on the Business Configuration Solutions team, responsibilities include designing, implementing, and executing configuration strategies, leading projects to enable system and process solutions, and serving as a subject matter expert interfacing with cross-functional teams to implement solutions for client requirements. Represent the Configuration workstream for large Government Medicaid, Med/Surgical, and Medicare implementations. Provide data analysis and troubleshooting expertise on configuration toolsets with automated processes. Prepare and validate data, build SQL queries to pull backend data based on configuration needs. Document requirements, process flows, and execute testing for configuration enhancements. Manage work priorities to meet service level agreements and KPIs. Collaborate on the Configuration roadmap to enable automation of products and network offerings. Conduct Fit/Gap Analysis and provide feedback on new client plans leveraging configuration. Maintain positive relationships with team members and stakeholders at all levels.
