The dispensary sales associate must maintain compliance with the Office of Cannabis Management regulations under the Compassionate Care Act. The dispensary sales associates will also be expected to work with a 'patient first' and 'customer first' mentality and assist the pharmacist with dispensary operations. Dispensary sales associates are responsible for dispensing medical cannabis products and assisting with patient counseling under the direct supervision of the pharmacist on staff.
