Position Summary We are seeking a product leader to lead efforts for a new product offering. The product leader will partner closely with senior leadership and a dedicated engineering team to define our vision, shape how the product works, and rapidly execute to get it to market. This is an exciting opportunity to define how we create value for our customers and our business. This is a Mountain View-based position requiring in-office work 2-3 days a week. The Mountain View base salary range for this full-time position is $206,280 - $252,120, plus equity and benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. What You'll Do Shape the vision for a new product area. Communicate your product vision, roadmap, and results to your team, stakeholders, including the executive team, and our customers. Lead a diverse team of engineers, designers, and data analysts to create and scale impactful experiences for our customers. Own a business area end-to-end and drive financial and customer results. Create a fast-paced environment facilitating product iterations and growth. Lead a cross-functional team of engineers, designers, and data analysts to build and scale your products. What We're Looking For 4+ years of product management at a consumer technology product company Strong technical background, preferably with a background in payroll software and financial services Strong analytical skills in leveraging data to drive product decisions and improve metrics Strong product/design sense developed by shipping delightful and innovative products Exceptional communication skills to engage with executive leadership and key stakeholders.
