The VP, Global Supply Chain and Procurement leads UEI’s Revenue Management, Supply Planning, Procurement and Logistics functions. Functions include Demand Planning, Customer Service, Supply Planning, Procurement, Master Data Management, Logistics and Compliance with oversight of processes/systems and training and business support across the organization. Also responsible for the definition, staffing, and ongoing evolution of this department to support business operations and growth including initiatives to meet customer requirements, strategies for process improvement and day-to-day execution of the function in the most cost-effective way possible while also maintaining high levels of service. This position reports to the SVP of Operations. Responsibilities

Oversight responsibility of Global Supply Chain and Procurement teams, including people/talent management, maintaining a cost- effective vendor base and managing department budgets Continually assess Global Supply Chain and Procurement business processes with the mindset of continuous improvement and lead continuous improvement programs and/or compliance projects that drive business value and advance strategic priorities Collaborate cross-functionally and navigate the organization to obtain executive endorsement of improvement priorities and implementation plans Implement and/or leverage technology solutions to simplify processes, improve productivity, and increase reliability of Revenue Management, Supply Planning, Procurement and Logistics functions Define KPIs and execute compliance and performance monitoring of Global Supply Chain operations – define and maintain performance dashboards to monitor team performance Review and approve Global Supply Chain and Procurement SOPs/Work Instructions Monitor industry trends to assess their impact on UEI and incorporate their impact into strategic plans/priorities Lead and facilitate a community of practice experts and virtual centers of excellence in Global Supply Chain and Procurement Designing, developing, and implementing a global component management strategy that includes supplier base consolidation / expansion. Working closely with Global Compliance team and ensuring contract compliance with client company policies. Qualifications

10 - 15 years of Operations and/or Supply Chain experience, ideally in a multi-national organization with global footprint Significant operational experience with subject matter expert level knowledge across global Supply Chain/Procurement and demonstrated, deep understanding of end-to-end processes Previous public companies in the electronics or software industries. Proven track record of accountability and ethics Comprehensive understanding of supply chain relevant ERP systems, Planning Systems, Oracle (desirable), and supply chain partner integration / validation requirements and hands on experience in supply chain / logistics systems implementation and enhancement Demonstrated track record of cost-effectively managing a large 3PL vendor base utilizing best practice procurement approaches APICS certification desirable Developing and implementing short and long-term sourcing strategies designed to reduce costs and improve quality and service while meeting company goals and objectives. Experience in deploying and reporting KPIs with leading indicators Strong executive presence, communication, presentation, decision making and negotiation skills Ability to work in a global, matrix organization Excellent people management skills with multicultural background and a strong track record of developing talent and organization capability Supervisor Responsibilities
