As a D365 Functional Specialist, you will be responsible for the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (F&O) and the ongoing usage of the system post-implementation. You will work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and end-users to understand their requirements, configure the system, and provide support and training.Duties and ResponsibilitiesImplementation of D365 F&O:Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for system implementation.Configure and customize D365 F&O to meet business needs, including entities, forms, workflows, and reports.Perform system testing and quality assurance to ensure the system functions properly.Collaborate with technical teams to integrate D365 F&O with other systems and third-party applications.Support data migration activities, including data mapping, cleansing, and validation.Ongoing System Usage:Provide day-to-day support and issue resolution for D365 F&O users.Monitor system performance, identify areas of improvement, and implement enhancements.Conduct user training sessions and create user documentation to promote system adoption and proficiency.Stay updated with the latest features and functionalities of D365 F&O and recommend their utilization to improve business processes.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and system optimization.Stakeholder Management:Build strong relationships with business stakeholders to understand their needs and align system functionality with business objectives.Conduct regular meetings and communication sessions to provide project updates and gather feedback.Work closely with technical teams to ensure business requirements are translated into system configurations.Manage expectations and communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding project timelines, issues, and risks.QualificationsProven experience in implementing and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (F&O).In-depth knowledge of D365 F&O modules, including Finance, Supply Chain Management and Sales.Strong understanding of business processes and ability to translate business requirements into system configurations.Proficient in configuring D365 F&O entities, forms, workflows, reports, and security settings.Experience with data migration activities, including data mapping and cleansing.Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.Microsoft certifications in D365 F&O or related areas (preferred).Education and Training RequirementsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field a plusPhysical DemandsWorksite ConditionsDescriptionNeverSometimesMost TimesAll the timeDescriptionNeverSometimesMost TimesAll the timeStandingXWeather ExposureXWalkingXTemperature ExtremesXSittingXNoiseXCarrying / LiftingXOdorsXCarrying / Lifting 20 - 50 lbs.XDust or MistXCarrying / Lifting > 50 lbs.XFumes or VaporsXPushing / PullingXLimited AccessXClimbingXChemicals: XStooping / BendingXChemicals: drummed quantitiesXReaching above shoulderXChemicals: bulk tank quantitiesXRepeating motions that may include wrists, hands and/or finger Operate Motor VehicleXRespiratorXOperate Manual Equipment:(e.g.. forklift, aerial lift, etc.)X#J-18808-Ljbffr
