JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

We are seeking a Project Manager to oversee network components of the clients Integrated Facilities Plan - IFP program, involving around 45 small to medium projects. The role entails managing project plans, executing risk management strategies, and ensuring timely communication and updates on project statuses, risks, and deliverables. This position requires coordination with both technical and business stakeholders to keep projects on track and aligned with standardized project management practices.

Produce and manage detailed project plans based on standardized templates.

Conduct regular project status reporting and schedule status meetings involving technical and business stakeholders.

Manage a comprehensive risk/issue/decision log, documenting risks, mitigations, and outcomes.

Ensure timely escalation of critical issues to project owners and sponsors.

Oversee and track project activities, tasks, and deliverables, ensuring all are in line with project objectives.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Strong experience with project management tools and methodologies.

Proven ability to manage risk and prioritize tasks effectively.

Excellent communication skills for coordinating across teams and with stakeholders.
