JOB TITLE: Treasury Supervisor

JOB DESCRIPTION: Employer: Seaboard Corporation. Position located in Shawnee Mission, Kansas. Supervise treasury analyst positions and assist the treasury executive team in the managing, analyzing, execution and reporting of various financial risks including liquidity, debt compliance, foreign exchange, interest rate, investments and any other liquid assets of Seaboard Corporation's consolidated entities. Lead projects as assigned by the assistant treasurer. Oversee, recommend and implement improvements to daily, monthly and yearly debt, forecasting, investments and cash position activities. Support and educate companywide personnel and treasury analysts in debt, forecasting, investments and cash related concepts and activities. Develop and supervise maintenance of procedures and ensures accuracy of companywide debt, forecasting, investments and cash facility records in treasury various systems. Develop, maintain and review weekly forecast and other liquidity projection models and reports. Perform forecast analysis. Lead forecast related projects and manage team responsible for foreign exchange execution and reporting. Assist in the evaluation of investment managers' performance. Develop and review reports for various stakeholders including, accounting, executive team, investment committee, and board of directors. Perform investment analysis. Assist in the execution of the investment committee strategy pursuant to the investment policy. Responsible for the accuracy of investment records. Administer CFTC requirements, brokerage accounts and facilities required to execute derivative transactions including foreign exchange, interest rate swaps and commodities. Identify and suggest to management derivative hedging opportunities. Analyze hedging alternatives and current positions. Develop and maintain dashboards and accounting reports. Design and implement cash visibility reports using IT2 API functionality. Develop and maintain mechanisms to monitor counterparty risk. Lead cash visibility related projects. Position allows for occasional telecommuting within reasonable commuting distance of reporting office in Shawnee Mission, Kansas. Domestic travel required up to 5% of the work schedule.

QUALIFICATIONS: Requires Bachelor's degree (Business Administration, Finance, Mathematics, Accounting or related field), or foreign degree equivalent; and 3 years of treasury experience. Must have experience with the following: 2 years of experience with global banking platforms and SharePoint site implementations; 1 year of experience with at least two of the following treasury and foreign exchange platforms (Treasura, 360T, Mysis, IT2, Bloomberg, OVRA, or GTC); and 1 year of experience using MS Power BI and MS Excel.
