is an IT Managed Solutions company providing information technology support and solutions to a wide variety of clients.

We are seeking to add a highly qualified individual to our staff as Human Resources Administrator.

Job Description
Directly responsible for the overall administration, coordination, and evaluation of the Human Resources function, to include benefits administration, recruiting, hiring, performance management, personnel and company policy and procedures.

This includes working with Finance on the payroll process, time and attendance system and performing accounting related tasks such as expense reporting/approval and bank statement reconciliation.

The HR Administrator is also responsible for management and oversight of company business and professional liability insurance and facilities

management/maintenance.

Essential

duties/responsibilities

include:
Administer HR policies and procedures
Maintain employee records and files in the company HRIS
Manage employee benefits and compensation programs
Lead recruitment and onboarding processes for new team members
Coordinate and facilitate employee training and development programs
Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations

The ideal candidate will have the following:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related field and five to seven years related experience or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
3-5 years HR management experience.
Computer Skills; Proficient in Microsoft and Windows environment and the use of computer software applications. Familiarity with QuickBooks payroll and BambooHR a plus.
Strong organizational and communication skills required; Detail oriented and customer service focused. Professional appearance.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
HR certification desired but not required.
