Position Overview:

As the Financial Controller, you will play a key role in overseeing the financial operations of our organization, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing strategic guidance to senior leadership. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
• Manage the budgeting and forecasting process, providing insights and analysis to support strategic decision-making.
• Lead the annual audit process, coordinating with external auditors and ensuring timely completion of audits.
• Develop and implement internal controls to mitigate financial risks and safeguard company assets.
• Provide strategic financial guidance to senior leadership, identifying opportunities for cost optimization and revenue enhancement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and operational efficiencies.

• CPA (inactive/active) certification is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in public accounting, with a proven track record of success in financial reporting and analysis or Minimum of 10+ years of progressive experience in accounting or finance roles, with at least 5 years in a leadership or managerial position.
• Strong technical accounting skills, with a thorough understanding of GAAP and financial reporting requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Proven leadership abilities, with a demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
