Overview:
Abacus Technology is seeking a Records/Report Clerk to provide administrative support for a telecommunications program at the Robins AFB. This is a full-time position.
Responsibilities:- Track and maintain cable infrastructure records using Telecommunications Management System (TMS).
- Provide training on TMS applications.
- Provide TMS support for telephone billing and reconciliation and service order tracking.
- Coordinate and validate commercial telephone and data equipment and services.
Qualifications:
2+ years experience in an administrative support role. Must have TMS, Remedy, and MS Office training. Able to exercise judgment to complete assignments consisting of numerous steps varying in nature and sequence. Comfortable selecting the appropriate method to accomplish a task or resolve an issue. Thorough knowledge of an offices work and routine to: 1) choose among widely varying methods and procedures to process complex transactions; and 2) select or devise steps necessary to complete assignments. Able to work independently or as part of a team and communicate efficiently with all levels of an organization. Must be a US Citizen and hold a current Secret clearance.
