Our Forensic Valuation and Ligation Support team is looking for a Manager in the Greenville and Charleston, SC office. This person’s primary focus will be litigation support (including valuation in litigation). The person should have five-to-six-year experience in litigation support engagements including economic damages, lost profits, wrongful termination, infringement damages, valuation, and expert witness services. #LI-DL1 Responsibilities • Manage litigation support engagements utilizing analysts and senior consultants to support the expert witness. • Consult on litigated disputes and provide valuable financial insight and clarity to counsel during all stages of a business dispute, from case theory development and discovery to expert witness testimony. • Manage the assembly, maintenance, and finalization of working papers that support the expert opinions and/or calculations. • Review reports and assist the expert witness in preparing for trial. • Adhere to the highest degree of professional standards and strict client confidentiality.

Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field • 5+ years of related experience • One or more certifications (or work towards certification): CPA, CFF, ABV, ASA, CVA, MFAA • Strong financial analysis skills • Demonstrated experience with managing of day-to-day aspects of client relationships and projects such as quality of client deliverables, mentoring and developing staff and senior associates, developing client networks, and supporting efforts in developing and executing sales and marketing strategies • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both in writing and orally, with clients, attorneys, and co-workers • Strong organizational skills and ability to effectively manage multiple projects WHY YOU SHOULD JOIN US
