The Role:
Bartender/Beertender isresponsible for positive guest interactions while accurately mixing and serving beverages to guests and servers in a friendly and efficient manner.All Bartenders/Beertenders will complete transactions in accordance with Pennsylvania's RAMP standards. Company Overview:

Responsibilities:
- Able to create standard mixed drinks along with specialty cocktails, canned beer, and wine.
- Knowledgeable of all specialty cocktail programs, ensuring the proper recipes and vessels are always used according to build sheets
- Knowledgeable of the different types/varietals of beer and wine offered.
- Assists Stand Lead with set-up and break-down of the bar pre and post-event.
- Ensures all product is displayed properly and promotes additional up-sells with each transaction.
- Verifies proper I.D. for all alcoholic beverage transactions and responsibly serves all patrons in accordancewith Pennsylvania's RAMP standards.
- Ensures that the assigned bar area is fully equipped with tools and products needed for mixing beverages and serving guests,communicating inventory orequipment needsto Stand Lead as needed to replenish supplies.
- Maintains a clean, neat and safe work area, along with completing additional stand duties as assigned by theStand Lead.
- Shows flexibility by rotating to other service locations when necessary, including service bartending positions.
- Completes other duties as assigned by Management.
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to read, speak and write English in order to communicate with staff and guests
- Ability to work all venue events and maintain a flexible schedule to meet service demand levels, including extended hours, days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to work in an open aired environment during all climate conditions
- Must be punctual and dependable
- Must maintain personal hygiene and a well-groomed appearance in accordance with company and venue standards
- Must have sufficient mobility to perform assigned production tasks including constant standing, reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing, and pulling for extended periods of time
- Ability to lift and transport items weighing 10-30 pounds, occasionally 50 pounds
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparations, service standards, guest relations and etiquette preferred
- Ability to effectively listen and take direction from management
- Ability to work under pressure and multitask in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting
- Must meet state and local requirements for alcoholic beverage services
Practice safe work habits, follow all safety policies and procedures and regulations, complete company-wide safety training and any additional job specific safety training.
