* Willingness and capability to work on-site M-F (8:30 to 5:30 with occasional over-time when necessary) * Background in corporate accounting (2+ years of experience) required * 10 key proficient * Proficient knowledge of MS Excel (v look-ups and pivot tables) * Working knowledge of an accounting platform (Sage a plus) * Excellent written and verbal communication * Team player - willingness to lend assistance to co-workers as directed by immediate supervisor * Strong attention to detail and organization

Your Day-to-Day

You should be able to logically order and complete your daily priorities. In addition to being a proficient independent worker, the ideal candidate can thrive and contribute in a collaborative team environment. On an average day, your agenda may include the following tasks:

Accounts Payable

* Completing variance analysis and review of various accounts * General ledger accounting * Preparing monthly journal entries * Collaborating with fellow Operations team members to ensure departmental deadline adherence

This is a full time position
