We are looking for an experienced PAYROLL PROCESSORR for a great manufacturer and distributor of door locks, padlocks, lighting, and Keeper Corporation automotive products.located in Foothill Ranch, CA.  1st Shift (8 am to 5 pm)

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Calculating wages: This includes overtime payments and payroll deductions
  • Validating work hours
  • Verifying attendance
  • Issuing checks
  • Processing requests: Such as paycheck advances and terminations
  • Following up: To ensure employees are paid accurately
  • Maintaining records: And reconciling discrepancies
  • Preparing reports: For management
  • Collaborating with HR: To ensure compliance with payroll regulations and policies
  • Maintaining confidentiality: Of employee payroll information 


Education and/or Experience                                 
Associate’s degree (A. A.), with emphasis in accounting or finance, preferred; and 2  related experience as a payroll processor; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Strong Attention to detail.

Must have:
Bilingual Spanish preferred
ADP (Payroll and HRIS)
Able to start right away

Compensation: $28 - $32 /Hr. DOE
